Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update10-Aug-2020
We’re always the best place for kids.
While the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) might change the way we approach care, we’re still committed to providing expert, safe care to you and your family. Safety is always our No. 1 priority, and if your child needs pediatric care, we’ve got the experts you need.
Now more than ever, kids need great care. And families need to feel safe. We want you to know what we’re doing to keep you and your family safe:
We have implemented the policy of only having one healthy adult accompany our patients for their visits. We are currently not accepting walk-in appointments so please call 901-453-1591 to set an appointment.
Every visitor and employee undergoes a symptom screening and temperature check prior to entering any of our locations. We also randomly test symptom-free employees and physicians to ensure they are healthy.
We ask all patients and visitors to wear a mask during the duration of their visit. If you do not have a mask, one will be given to you upon arrival. All staff and physicians wear masks while on campus.
We encourage social distancing in our waiting rooms and other patient areas. Social distance reminders are present throughout the facilities, and hand sanitizer is available in all patient areas.
In times of uncertainty, credible information is critical in helping us prepare for and adapt to changes in the world around us.
